Job Description Summary:

For our company Renantis Solutions, which provides services aligned with customer requirements while ensuring environmental protection, we are seeking a Development Manager (Acquisition & Permitting). This role reports directly to the Head of Greenfield and Brownfield Development within our Development Department.

In this position, you will support real estate development activities to secure land rights for projects and coordinate technical and design activities from conception to project delivery, including administrative and permitting aspects. Your goal will be to achieve optimal results that meet quality, sustainability standards, and align with objectives, performance metrics, costs, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage initial feasibility studies and proposal screening, ensuring compliance with budget and authorization process timelines.
  2. Oversee the authorization process to obtain necessary permits, including planning agreements and environmental procedures.
  3. Monitor development and permitting status, managing related documentation for due diligence.
  4. Provide back-office support, including preparing documentation, correspondence, and supporting legal agreements.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to support project execution, approval processes, and integration efforts.
Key Requirements:
  1. 3 to 7 years of experience in real estate, renewable energy development, technical fields, or permitting departments.
  2. Expertise in permitting stages and coordination of collateral expertise (cadastral, technical, legal).
  3. Ability to support development through feasibility studies and due diligence (technical, legal, environmental).
  4. Strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, proactive, versatile, professional, and confidential, with willingness for site visits and meetings.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication, report writing, and analytical skills.
Educational Background:

Degree in engineering, architecture, urban and land planning, or similar fields.
