Developer RPG-Ile/AS400

TXT Novigo, part of the Fintech division of TXT Group and leader in IT services for the financial market, is looking for an AS400/RPG Developer.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for maintaining proprietary software solutions for banks and financial institutions. Our suite of products is web-accessible and manages various financial aspects, including leasing, core banking systems, loans, and salary-backed loans.

Your main tasks will include:

1. Application maintenance activities;
2. Implementation of RPG applications;
3. Ensuring compliance of products with regulatory requirements;
4. Collaborating with functional analysts and the Project Manager to find the best technological solutions for client needs;
5. Working closely with the web development team to integrate new features.

Your skills:

1. Knowledge of RPG-ILE or Cobol programming language;
2. Experience with AS400;
3. Ability to query databases and manage SQL queries;
4. Strong teamwork orientation.

Optional skills:

1. Experience in developing software for the banking-finance sector;
2. Basic knowledge of core banking systems, leasing, loans, and salary-backed loans;
3. Knowledge of PHP;
4. Experience or familiarity with low-code development platforms.

Education Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
