A technology service provider located in Milano, Italy, is seeking a skilled IT technician for a contract role. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, specifically with Microsoft operating systems, and the ability to provide executive support. Experience in IT services and a basic understanding of networks is essential. The contract length is 6 months, and applicants must be proficient in both Italian and English.

Competenze

• Strong troubleshooting skills for Microsoft operating systems.
• Capable of working on various desktops, workstations, and printers.
• Must pass a background security check.

Mansioni

• Provide IT support through on-call executive services.
• Manage remote support and video conferencing.
• Handle parts replacement through OEM.

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Break/Fix skills for desktops and notebooks

Clients : Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows XP, iOS

• Servers : Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Windows 2013
• Dell OEM Certified Technician for ordering parts through OEM and parts replacement
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong Microsoft OS installation and troubleshooting skills
• Strong Break/Fix skills for desktops, workstations, notebooks, and printers
• Experience in IT services with basic understanding of networks, Intel servers, and telecoms
• Ability to pass a background security check
• Experience with remote control of PCs and video conferencing
• Rotational on-call for executive support

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Salary: €150.00 - €180.00 per day
