Delaware Nation Industries is seeking a Systems Analyst I (Desktop Support Technician) to join their User Services team in Italy. The role involves managing customer incidents, client system deployment, and providing technical support throughout the client system lifecycle. Preferred candidates will hold relevant certifications and possess experience in troubleshooting and client system management.
The Systems Analyst I (Desktop Support Technician) will work within the User Services/Comm Focal Point team to handle customer incidents and support the full client system lifecycle, from deployment to security remanence.
The Systems Analyst I at AFRL/RI should have general knowledge or experience in managing federal or corporate client systems, with 1-3 years of experience in the following areas:
Security clearance or eligibility is required.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are required; higher-level cybersecurity or vendor-specific certificates are preferred.
A degree is preferred but not mandatory.
