Working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and hands-on support. We are looking for an extremely proactive person with a keen interest in technology, capable of suggesting improvements and offering opinions on new products or services.

Additionally, we seek someone with exceptional customer service skills, the ability to build effective working relationships with team members and business users, and a flexible and committed work approach.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Face-to-face IT support for users;
  2. Hardware installation, movement, and deinstallation;
  3. Diagnosing issues concerning personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.);
  4. System and application changes, testing, and script preparation in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environments;
  5. Small project management related to new hardware or software installation;
  6. Software patches and updates installation using MS SCCM;
  7. General end-user technology knowledge;
  8. End-user workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management);
  9. End-user Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM);
  10. ITSM toolset (ticket management software) preferred;
  11. Soft skills: planning and organizing, attention to detail, problem-solving, analysis, flexibility, customer sensitivity, technical writing skills;
  12. Excellent written and spoken English and Italian skills.
