Un'azienda di moda di lusso a Milano cerca un RTW Designer con almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in moda, ottime capacità di disegno e sarà in grado di lavorare sotto pressione. Le responsabilità includono la ricerca e lo sviluppo di design innovativi, collaborando con vari team per garantire uno sviluppo puntuale del prodotto.

Competenze

• Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza nella progettazione di RTW per aziende di moda di lusso.
• Ottima comprensione della scrittura distintiva del marchio.
• Sensibilità estetica molto sviluppata, con forti capacità di design e concettuali.

Overview

Position: RTW Designer

Place of employment: Milan, Italy

Contract type: Impiego a tempo indeterminato

Required experience: Almeno 3 anni

Work mode: Full time

Job responsibilities

• Research, develop, and present innovative designs consistent with the brief.
• Work with the Head of Design to develop key overarching creative direction at the beginning of each season.
• Develop designs through draping on the stand and sketching.
• Demonstrate technical awareness and knowledge of garment construction.
• Drive fittings and ensure sketches are defined and put into development by the team.
• Understand the Pucci Customer and brand positioning, including market research.
• Support fabric research and color card inspiration, overseeing the creative fabric-to-sketch process.
• Work closely with the AD and attend inter-category/department meetings to ensure on-time development.
• Collaborate with key departments to develop the collection in line with the Design Director's vision.
• Develop a close working relationship with Product Development and Materials teams.
• Travel to Bologna San Lazzaro and external suppliers for fittings and sampling oversight when required.
• Provide clear directives and feedback.
• Operate within design calendar timelines and ensure design boards meet deadlines.

Profile / Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Fashion; at least 3-5 years in designing RTW for a luxury fashion company.
• You are a strong all-rounder with a great sense of colour, silhouette, product, trend and a clear understanding of the brand’s signature handwriting.
• Strong knowledge of design & product development process, including experience working with marketing and merchandising teams. Highly developed aesthetic sensitivity, with strong design and conceptual skills.
• Strong illustration skills (Procreate Adobe Suite).
• Strong draping skills.
• Ability to build positive and collaborative environments and relationships.
• Ability to handle pressure under extremely tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, leads by example, capable of inspiring others.
• Fluent in English. French and Italian would be a plus.
