We’re looking for a Design Team Lead who’s ready to elevate our product’s visual and user experience to the next level while leading a team of talented designers to do so.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead and mentor a team of product, visual, and UX/UI designers.
- Ensure design excellence, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
- Foster professional growth within the team and help create a strong feedback culture.
- Set clear design goals, manage workload distribution, and provide constructive feedback.
Product Design & UX
- Oversee the end-to-end design process for web and mobile experiences.
- Ensure intuitive, accessible, and delightful user journeys aligned with user and business needs.
- Champion usability, clarity, and a cohesive brand identity across all digital products.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Frontend, Backend, QA) to align design work with product roadmaps.
- Participate in product discovery, sprint planning, and design reviews.
- Translate business objectives and user insights into innovative design solutions.
Design Systems & Process
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Advocate for design process improvements and tools that enhance efficiency and collaboration.
Quality & Delivery
- Review design outputs to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with brand and UX guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

- Experienced designers with prior leadership or senior-level design experience.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and product design processes.
- Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail.

- Time Zone: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Italy time)

Step 2: Design Challenge
There will be a two step challenge sent to you once you pass the screen call stage.
