Design Responsible Engineer

For the development in the Automotive sector (Engine Department), we are looking for Design Responsible Engineers.

MAIN TASKS

• Component and subsystem design, virtual validation, development, and release for new products (advanced, pre-development, production).
• Support in Component and Subsystem validation plans, procedures, tracking, and evaluation reporting.
• Component and Subsystem design, virtual validation, development, and release for quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives on current products.
• Responsible for the evaluation and the problem resolution of the field failures on Components and Subsystems.
• Support the Technical Leader in the assessment of the Supplier’s proposals (sourcing technical reviews, benchmarking, evaluation of new technologies, etc.).
• Technical support to Supplier Quality during Project and Product Approval Process (PPAP).
• Technology exchange inside the company and with Suppliers.
• Flexible and ready to move to different Sub-systems.

PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (required and/or preferred)

• University Degree in Engineering; preferred specializations are Mechanical, Electronics, Aeronautical.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• About 5 years of experience preferred.

TECHNICAL AND SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED

• Fuel Injection System and Cylinder Head/Block and castings experience required.
