Qualifications

• Laurea magistrale in ingegneria elettrica o meccanica.
• Esperienza nel leadership di team tecnici o SME, preferibilmente nel design di trasformatori.
• Comprensione avanzata dei processi di progettazione di trasformatori e strumenti correlati.
• Capacità di sviluppare specifiche tecniche in collaborazione con R&D.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione e coordinamento tra team interfunzionali.
• Gestione delle priorità concorrenti e esecuzione puntuale e di alta qualità.

Responsabilités

• Guidare e far crescere un team di Domain Experts responsabili delle specifiche della piattaforma di progettazione.
• Garantire tempi di preparazione delle specifiche allineati alle priorità del backlog.
• Interfacciarsi tra R&D, ingegneria e team di programmazione per garantire comprensione reciproca.
• Rimuovere ostacoli al progresso ed escalation quando necessario.
• Supportare la stima dello sforzo durante prioritizzazione e pianificazione.
• Favorire la comunicazione tra programmatori e Domain Experts sulle esigenze degli strumenti di progettazione.
• Rappresentare il team nelle riunioni di program management R&D e contribuire alle discussioni strategiche.
• Promuovere una cultura di problem solving proattivo e miglioramento continuo.

• Lead and develop a growing team of Domain Experts responsible for design platform specifications


• Ensure that specifications are prepared in a timely manner and aligned with backlog priorities


• Act as a key liaison between R&D, engineering, and programming teams to ensure mutual understanding


• Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder progress, escalating issues when necessary


• Support the effort estimation process during prioritization and planning phases


• Facilitate communication between programmers and Domain Experts to ensure clarity on design tool requirements


• Represent the team in R&D program management meetings and contribute to strategic discussions


• Promote a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement

Your background

• Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering


• Proven experience in leading technical teams or subject matter experts, ideally in transformer design


• Strong understanding of transformer design processes and related design tools


• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage technical specifications in collaboration with R&D


• Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams


• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive timely, high-quality execution
