Job Description:

We are now looking for a professional eager to join our Engineering Team in Padova.

You’ll be part of the R&D team with the goal to support the further development of our projects in accordance with national and international legislations and to our corporate guidelines and requirements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design and create CAD drawings necessary for constructing production prototypes
• Support feasibility studies of new projects by gathering accurate information
• Draft critical details, layouts, and designs to build functional prototypes
• Update drawings, lists, and related documents based on changes
• Monitor prototype development and test results to verify adherence to technical specifications
• Support production during the start-up phase
• Create documentation related to production release
• Assist in drafting machine manuals
• Maintain drawings, bills of materials, and related documents following updates or changes

What we expect from our candidates:

• Degree in mechanical engineering or similar; specialization in hydraulics is a plus
• Good knowledge of pumps is essential
• Experience in designing, castings, and machining
• Experience with CFX simulation software, CAD, SolidWorks, or similar
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and data analysis skills
• Proactive and able to work successfully in a team
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (spoken and written)
