Position: Dermocosmetic Consultant canale Farmacia

Adecco Italia SpA is seeking a Dermocosmetic Consultant for a leading brand in the dermocosmetic sector, specializing in pharmacy channels.

Activities:

• Plan visits independently across assigned pharmacies regionally, responsible for achieving sales targets (sell out).
• Organize consultative sales days: recruit clients within the point of sale, perform cosmetic check-ups, and recommend suitable dermocosmetic products based on client needs.
• Provide training to pharmacy managers and teams on customer approach, sales techniques, and product features.
• Ensure achievement of individual goals and maintain high-quality consultancy services in assigned pharmacies.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Humanistic (communication, marketing, psychology) or Scientific disciplines (cosmetology, biology, pharmacy, chemistry, scientific communication).
• Preferable knowledge and passion for the dermocosmetic sector.
• Motivated to pursue training in the commercial sector.
• Flexibility, autonomy, excellent stress management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dynamism and availability for regional travel within designated provinces.

Offer:

• Initial 6-month commercial contract at level 5 plus bonus.
