Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Site Engagement Liaison in Italy to foster relationships with clinical trial sites and enhance site engagement as part of a sponsor-dedicated model. You will contribute to clinical research activities, ensuring protocol adherence and regulatory compliance while coordinating with internal teams to tailor engagement strategies to each study.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
• Prior experience in Dermatology is a must.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites (PI, site coordinators, research staff).
• Provide guidance on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and successful study conduct.
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to each study and site.
• Monitor site performance metrics and provide updates to study teams on engagement activities and outcomes.
