We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Store Director Front of House to join our boutique in Via della Spiga 2 , specializing in women's collections. In this pivotal role, you will support the Store Director in overseeing the daily activities of the boutique, with a strong focus on front-of-house excellence. You will lead the sales team by example, ensuring the highest levels of customer experience, boutique presentation, and performance.

Your Contribution to the Role

  • Support the Store Director in the management of the boutique, with a hands-on focus on client-facing activities.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a client-centric culture and upholding brand values.
  • Ensure a consistently exceptional client experience by monitoring service standards, floor presence, and team behavior.
  • Drive sales performance through personalized selling, customer retention, and clienteling strategies.
  • Supervise floor operations and ensure optimal team coverage and sales support throughout the day.
  • Work in close collaboration with Visual Merchandising and Back of House to ensure the boutique maintains impeccable standards.
  • Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring.
  • Act as a key point of contact for VIP clients and manage critical in-store situations with discretion and professionalism.
