Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Deputy Store Director – Back of House to join our luxury boutique in Montenapoleone, Milan. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating all back of house operations, including inventory control, transactional support, and service customization. You will lead the back of house team, ensuring seamless operations while upholding the highest standards of efficiency and service excellence.

Your Contribution to the Role

• Lead and manage the back of house team, fostering a motivated and high-performing environment across inventory, transactional, and customization functions.

• Oversee stock management processes, ensuring accuracy, timely replenishment, and adherence to loss prevention protocols.

• Ensure smooth and accurate transactional workflows, supporting a seamless customer experience.

• Supervise service personalization and alterations, guaranteeing quality and timely execution.

• Collaborate closely with the Store Director and front of house teams to ensure operational alignment with overall boutique goals.

• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures across all back of house activities.

• Conduct regular training and development to enhance team skills and service capabilities.

• Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and foster team cohesion through effective leadership.

• Monitor inventory systems and support regular stock audits.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and luxury retail expectations.

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven leadership experience in back of house operations within luxury retail, ideally in a Deputy Store Director or similar role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage varied operational functions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and team performance.

• Solid knowledge of inventory management, transactional procedures, and service customization.
