Hill International Group cerca un Project Manager per Milano on-site, con laurea in ingegneria e almeno 5 anni in Development/Project Management nel settore costruzioni. Richiesta fluente italiano e inglese, esperienza in contesti multinazionali e gestione permessi e BIM/REVIT.

Il candidato coordinerà team e attività di cantiere, monitorando qualità, sicurezza e progresso, assistendo a riunioni e alla sensibilità verso le certificazioni LEED/BREEAM, con un pacchetto retributivo competitivo.

Competenze

• Laurea in ingegneria o disciplina affine.
• Fluente in italiano e inglese.
• Minimo 5 anni di esperienza in Development/Project Management.

Mansioni

• Monitorare le attività quotidiane sul campo coordinando flussi di informazione e report.
• Assistere nella redazione dei verbali delle riunioni in cantiere.
• Seguire i processi di approvazione/validazione del design entro le scadenze.
• Effettuare sopralluoghi periodici in cantiere per sicurezza e progresso.
• Monitorare qualità, procedure e lavori in cantiere e guidare azioni correttive.

Reporting: Project Manager

Location : Milano - Italy (On-Site)

• University Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Development Management and Project Management.
• Fluency in Italian and English Languages.

• Previous experience in multinational environment or in Project Management at Construction
• Previous experience in the construction management at industrial sector
• Previous experience permitting process
• Previous experience in coordination activities related to LEED/BREEAM certifications
• Certifications in the field of project management BIM/REVIT knowing Package

• To monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing and coordinating the flow of information and reporting and tracking issues arising from design, progress, quality and safety
• To assist in the preparation of minutes for project site meetings
• To track all the design xysqume approval/validation processes ensuring responses are provided in due dates
• To undertake regular site walks to promote and observe safety and progress
• To assist in the development and implementation of quality management
• To monitor activities, procedures and site works, record and report non-conforming work and drive the team for follow up, preventative, and close out actions
