H&M Group / & OTHER STORIES is seeking a Department Manager to lead a fashion retail store team in Italy. You’ll drive exceptional customer experiences, set the store tone, and ensure operations align with brand standards to deliver memorable journeys.

You will manage a team of Sales Advisors, recruit and onboard new staff, analyse sales data, and step into Store Manager when needed, all while representing the brand on the shop floor.

• Good knowledge of store operations and standards from experience in retail, preferably fashion.

Key Responsibilities

Delivera high levelof customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge, and an engaging store experience

Analyse sales data and collaborate with theStore/Concession Managerto maximise department performance

Good knowledge of store operations & standards frompreviousexperience working in retail, preferably within a fashion environment

Additional Information

• This is afull-timepermanent positionwith a contract of 40hours a week.
• Flexible working hours, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 and 20.30.
• We offer a salary starting from€ 31.465.( Yearly gross)depending on experience and qualifications.
