Competenze

  • Minimum 5 years experience in luxury/high-quality product sales.

You are a passionate Brand Ambassador and a business leader/partner, conveying the Brand philosophy and values to the Store team and clients.

You hold yourself accountable for achieving department performance targets, supporting all activities to meet these goals.

You guarantee excellence in Client experience by being present on the sales floor, leading by example, and prioritizing the Client above all.

You are a motivating and inspiring manager, coaching your team to achieve sales targets and maximize commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the Business
  • Drive your team to exceed financial targets and support store success.
  • Assist in developing and implementing business plans based on performance analysis.
  • Encourage cross-selling and upselling across product categories.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, ensuring high standards of client service.
  • Promote Omni Channel awareness and digital tools usage to enhance client relationships and meet business objectives.
  • Support e-commerce growth by responding promptly to online orders and maintaining high service standards.
  • Stay updated on market trends related to your department and share insights with relevant teams.
  • Ensure attractive displays that maximize sales according to company guidelines.
  • Lead by example to create a welcoming environment, prioritizing the Client's needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and meaningful after-sales experiences.
  • Guarantee high client satisfaction and service through the execution of the "Brand Selling Ceremony".
  • Identify opportunities to attract new clients and grow department sales.
  • Support clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
  • Manage customer complaints proactively to maintain positive relationships.
  • Team Management
  • Motivate the team, fostering a positive environment and effective communication.
  • Encourage information sharing and conduct morning briefings on relevant topics.
  • Ensure the team is trained on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Identify talent within the team for internal development and communicate proposals to the Store Manager.
  • Support team development through coaching and individual action plans.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating care and respect for the product and procedures.
  • Store Care
  • Support cooperation between front and back of house.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to the Store Manager and relevant departments for department needs.
  • Maintain an effective back-of-house organization, safeguarding assets and staff grooming standards.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience in selling luxury/high-quality products.
  • Business or Retail Management degree is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience with a proven track record in meeting KPIs.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the product category.
  • Dedicated to customer service excellence.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with problem-solving skills.
