Job summary

Desort, a recruitment and staffing firm specializing in the dental industry, is seeking a Dental Business Development & Recruitment Sales Specialist to develop relationships with dental practices and sell Desort’s recruitment services nationwide.

This fully remote, commission-only role offers uncapped earning potential, ongoing training and support, and access to company systems and resources to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition or account management.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or a recruitment agency.
• Experience selling recruitment or staffing services is highly valuable.
• Comfortable cold calling and speaking with dental practice owners and decision-makers.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Experience with LinkedIn, email, CRM systems, and online prospecting.
• Spanish/English bilingual is not required but is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Prospect dental practices and identify new business opportunities.
• Contact practice owners, managers, executives, and hiring decision-makers.
• Identify hiring needs and introduce Desort’s recruitment solutions.
• Sell recruitment and staffing services and generate new dental clients.
• Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Follow up with prospects and develop long-term relationships.
• Work with Desort’s recruiting team to support client hiring needs.
