Dentist of Chester Springs is seeking a full-time front desk administrator with dental office experience to join our team. Ideal candidates should be familiar with dental insurance, able to check in/out patients, and manage scheduling and payments.

The role requires customer service skills and experience with dental PMS systems such as OpenDental or Dentrix. This position offers full-time or part-time hours with competitive pay and a welcoming team.

Competenze

• High school or equivalent preferred.
• Customer Service: 1 year preferred.
• Dental/Medical office experience min. 1 year.

Mansioni

• Check in and checkout patients.
• Enter dental codes at time of service.
• Collect patient co-payments and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Answer phone lines and provide customer service to patients.
• Prepare and file dental records, confirm insurance eligibility, and perform additional administrative duties as required.
