Our long-time DA of 10 years is moving away, and we’re looking for a true gem to fill her shoes — someone who brings positive energy, clinical excellence, and thrives on making each day run smoothly.

Monday through Thursday 8 : 45am - 4 : 00pm

What You’ll Do :

  • Assist chairside with confidence and efficiency.
  • Be the quarterback of the back — managing the flow of patients and the schedule.
  • Build trust and rapport with patients, making them feel comfortable and cared for.
  • Support the doctor in treatment planning and case presentations.
  • Keep things running on time and on point — you’ll be essential to the day’s success.

Who You Are :

  • An experienced Dental Assistant with a minimum of 3 years in the field (Florida X-ray certification required).
  • Warm, upbeat, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
  • Organized, proactive, and loves working as part of a high-functioning team.
  • Knowledgeable in treatment presentation and dental terminology.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to digital workflows (Open Dental, Denticon, cerec or similar experience a plus).

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Dentists chairside.
  • Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort.
  • Select and set up instrumentation, equipment, and other dental materials as needed.
  • Instrument sterilization according to regulations.
  • Perform lab tasks as instructed.
  • Provide post-operative care instructions.
  • Maintain clean and stocked operatories.

Qualifications :

  • An experienced Dental Assistant with a minimum of 3 years in the field (Florida X-ray certification required).
