From the Michelin-starred Restaurant Otto Geleng—one of the most spectacular restaurants in Sicily—to our Timeo Bar and Restaurant located on our famous terrace, culinary excellence is in our DNA.

We are looking for a Demi Chef de Rang for our Pool Grill Restaurant for the 2024 season to join our team. The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in a world-renowned destination to our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community. He/she should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. Ability to be adaptable, flexible, and solution-focused. Excellent command of English; additional languages would be desirable.

He/she reports to the restaurant Maitre.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure proper preparation of all food to be served
• Work in a safe and efficient manner
• Focus on food running and table maintenance to help increase the guest experience
• Build a strong rapport with the guests in your section
• Ensure high levels of customer service at all times to meet our guests' expectations
