For a client in the luxury hospitality sector, we are selecting:

DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE - LUXURY STRUCTURE IN WELLNESS & HOSPITALITY, PROVIDING BOARD AND LODGING, PROVINCE OF GROSSETO

You will join a prestigious hospitality establishment with multiple dining points, active year-round, offering a revisited and diversified gastronomic experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the preparation of assigned stations according to quality standards;
• Collaborating with Chef de Partie and Executive Chef in daily kitchen activities;
• Managing mise en place and service during shifts;
• Applying HACCP regulations accurately and maintaining order at your station.

Required skills and characteristics:

• Experience, even brief, in structured kitchen brigades;
• Interest in gourmet cuisine and working with stations;
• Motivated for professional growth and stability;
• Ability to work collaboratively and pay attention to detail;
• Knowledge of Tuscan enogastronomic heritage (preferable).

Contract Offer:

• Direct fixed-term contract for 6 or 12 months with potential for stabilization;
• Gross annual salary in the range of €25,000 - €28,000, paid over 14 months;
• Training course and internal growth opportunities;
• Vitto e alloggio (meals and accommodation).

Working hours: 5 days out of 7, with a mix of single shifts and double services

Work location: Province of Grosseto
