Position Overview

We are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie Pastry for the upcoming season to join our team at Ristorante La Terrazza or at the new Pool Grill. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, customer service, and comfortable with challenges. Reports to the Pastry Chef.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing pastries, chocolates, and other specific food items.
  • Following the Chef de Partie's directions.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food.
  • Maintaining safety and sanitation standards in your area.
  • Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station.
  • Improving food preparation methods based on feedback.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar luxury restaurant role.
  • Basic knowledge of cooking styles, equipment, and raw materials processing techniques.
  • Passion for service and professional growth ambition.

Contract & Benefits
  • Seasonal Labour contract under C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 5.
  • Start: May 2025, End: November 2025, with potential for ongoing seasons.
  • Gross monthly salary approx. €1,975, with additional pays for 13°,14°, and TFR.
