K-Way is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning professional to support the planning cycle by managing sales forecasts, inventory levels, and cross-functional coordination under the guidance of a Demand & Supply Planning Lead.

The role requires an engineering or business degree, 2–3 years in planning or S&OP, strong Excel skills and familiarity with planning software; duties include updating forecasts, monitoring stock, and reporting KPI health.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree in relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in demand/supply planning, S&OP, or related roles.
• Proficient in Excel; basic planning software experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Update and maintain statistical forecasts at SKU/channel level.
• Gather input from Sales and Marketing on promotions and launches; adjust forecast accordingly.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and flag deviations; prepare supporting reports.
