Mission & Responsibilities

As part of the Operations Team, reporting to the Demand & Distribution Coordinator, the key responsibilities are:

• Manage analysis and reports regarding baseline sales by cluster (countries, channel etc.)
• Gather data from internal stakeholders to ensure the accurate demand forecast process
• Support the overview of workflows communication with Marketing, Finance and Sales
• Providing future forecast data to all the key stakeholders in the company
• Actively taking part to the S&OP process
• Support in forecasting and distribution KPIs monitoring and corrective actions implementation
• Support in providing correct inputs to the Supply Planning Team in order to manage the replenishment plan for the central warehouse, in compliance with the shared objectives of service, coverage and stock value
• Support in overviewing order adherence to forecast

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Economics, or Statistics is required
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, other tools (Dynasys, Future Master and Power BI) will be considered a plus
• Data driven mindset, result oriented and capability
• Fluent in English, other languages will be considered a plus.
