For a multinational industrial company we are looking for the Demand Planning & Sales Administration Manager. The Demand Planning & Sales Administration Manager will manage the demand planning and the sales forecast of the company in collaboration with Area Managers. Among his main responsibilities: • Manage the sales forecasting process in accordance with the company’s strategy, in close cooperation and according with Operations Department and Sales Department; • Track the actual sales results and ensure monthly analysis service levels • Develop and analyze key performance indicators, benchmarking measurements and be proactive to propose new initiatives to increase process quality; • Supervise the Sales Admin Leader that is in charge of logistic transport management and of supporting the sales force on product availability and back office activity Requirements • Result oriented with strategic mindset with a focus on execution and delivery; • Teamworker with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills; • Master’s Degree in management engineering, Economics or Logistic & Supply chain degree or similar; • 5+ year in the same role, with an emphasis in logistics/planning department is required; • Knowledge of M.R.P. II and E.R.P Systems, preferably SAP; • Good knowledge in Excel and data analysis; • Fluent English is mandatory.
