Bramwith Consulting is supporting a world‑class FMCG employer in Northern Italy to recruit a Demand Planner for the expanding European function. You will join a newly established European Demand Planning team and support forecasting across multiple European markets.

The role focuses on developing and analysing statistical forecasts, working with local planners and stakeholders, tracking KPIs, improving processes, and sharing best practice across countries, with fluent English required and

Competenze

• Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting or Supply Chain (ideally FMCG)
• Strong analytical skills and interest in data/forecasting
• Degree/Master's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics or Economics or related field
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English; Italian not required; French/Spanish a plus

Demand Planner | Northern Italy | €40,000-€50,000 basic salary + Bonus & Excellent Benefits

The Opportunity:

• Join a newly established European Demand Planning function.


• Support demand forecasting across multiple European markets.


• Develop and analyse statistical forecasts and identify demand trends.


• Work closely with local Demand Planners and commercial stakeholders.


• Analyse forecast performance and key Demand Planning KPIs.


• Help improve forecasting processes, tools and ways of working.


• Share best practice across different countries and markets.


• Gain broad European exposure and help shape a growing function.

We're Looking For:

• Some previous experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting or Supply Chain (ideally in FMCG).


• Good analytical skills and an interest in data and forecasting.


• Degree/Master's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, Economics or a related field.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Fluent English.


• French or Spanish would be a plus, but Italian is not required.


• A proactive individual looking to build a long-term career in Demand Planning.
