Delvaux is seeking a skilled professional to enhance client relationships and drive sales in luxury retail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury environments, a sales-driven approach, and the ability to connect with a diverse clientele. Join us to represent our luxurious brand while fostering an exceptional shopping experience in our Milano store.

Competenze

  • At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Descrizione del lavoro

  • Welcome, advise, and retain local and international customers at Delvaux by offering an unforgettable client experience and building solid client relationships.
  • Develop sales and achieve the goals set by the commercial director.
  • Verify and manage stock status and replenish the store to meet customer needs constantly.
  • Be an example of a sales-driven mindset, building long-lasting connections with local clients.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of service quality and hospitality towards customers.
  • Acquire extensive knowledge of our product lines to build close relationships with clients and increase sales.
  • Represent the brand image by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping, and Delvaux standards.
  • Provide feedback on sales, customer profiles, and product performance to your manager.

How will you experience success with us?

  • At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail with a significant local client portfolio.
  • Demonstrate a strong sales mindset and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation skills and passion for the brand.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Team spirit.
