Position Overview

The Delivery Project Manager will lead the delivery of key projects with high quality for our customers, utilizing their experience with large, complex, business-critical projects across local and global teams. These projects typically involve significant revenue, profit, and growth responsibilities for DN, along with delivering business change and benefits to the customer.

You are responsible for
  • Defining each element of the project plan and managing it using appropriate governance, ensuring timely reporting and escalation.
  • Scheduling and managing all project activities, including delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies, acceptance and quality criteria, commercial arrangements, financial parameters, and managing subcontractors or partners.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to relevant project management methodologies, covering planning, control, reporting, documentation, quality, risk analysis, management, and change control.
  • Preparing and controlling project budgets, ensuring delivery against financial targets, and accurately forecasting financial performance.
  • Engaging all project stakeholders, keeping them informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring high support levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring global project teams to ensure high performance and develop new talent within the company.
  • Producing commercial models and Statements of Work for new engagements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or IT Technologies.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and teams including contractors and third-party suppliers.
  • Experience in Software Integration and/or Business/IT integration.
  • Strong project management discipline and governance skills.
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams for success.
  • Effective representation of project management in customer interactions.
  • Highly organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to challenge customers when necessary and work within methodologies like Agile/Scrum.
  • Proficiency with MS Project; experience with SAP PPM or HP PlanView is a plus.
