Our core focus is helping insurers digitize risks as they arrive to unlock the value of external data, automated triage, and more. We primarily work with risks that insurers have struggled to e-trade, especially in SME, Mid Market, and Specialty sectors.

We collaborate with market-leading insurers and innovators across the US, Europe, and Australia.

You will be part of the Customer Success Team, reporting to the Head of Delivery. Managing two projects simultaneously, your role is crucial for coordinating work efficiently across the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Champion Agile and Lean practices, coach teams, and visualize organizational work.
  • Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries, building trust and authenticity.
  • Optimize team flow, address issues, and develop agile capabilities within the team.
  • Lead ongoing planning processes, including post-launch support and benefits realization.
  • Identify and resolve issues in team dynamics, facilitate effective feedback, and align daily work with the product vision.
  • Understand and contribute to different phases of product delivery, working with Customer Success and Product Lead for continuous improvement.
  • Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Agile project management with successful methodology implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with proactive challenge resolution.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with timely delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of technology, especially in AI/Data Science products.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends in Agile practices.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Multilingual abilities.
  • Remote working experience.
  • Agile certifications such as CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP.
  • Experience with distributed teams and AI/Data Science products.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry.

Location:

Cytora is a remote-first company. This role can be based anywhere on the East Coast of the USA if you have fluent spoken and written English and the legal right to work without visa sponsorship.

Additional Location Details:

This role is based in New York, USA. We also consider candidates from Illinois, Vermont, and Rhode Island. Applicants must be currently based in the US with full work rights, as we do not offer sponsorship at this stage.
