Your mission

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of client projects, overseeing a team of delivery specialists and acting as the main point of contact for clients and partners. This role blends technical expertise, business understanding, and managerial capabilities, and is key to ensuring that strategic, data-driven solutions are delivered effectively and generate measurable impact.

You will also work in close collaboration with the Solutions team to ensure a seamless transition from design to execution and to guarantee consistency between strategic intent and delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities :

• Own the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met
• Lead and develop the delivery team, providing strategic direction and hands-on support when needed
• Act as the primary client interface throughout the delivery process, building trust and managing expectations
• Coordinate across internal functions (product, data, engineering) and external partners to align on delivery plans
• Collaborate closely with the Solutions team to translate solution designs into actionable delivery plans
• Ensure clarity and accountability on all phases of delivery, from onboarding to final output
• Identify risks and proactively drive resolution, always ensuring client success
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery models, methodologies, and internal processes

Requirements :

• Strong technical background, ideally in engineering, data science, or related fields
• Proven experience in consulting or project-based environments with exposure to executive stakeholders
• Solid understanding of business strategy, KPIs, and the economic impact of decisions
• 5+ years of experience in managing teams and cross-functional delivery processes
• Excellent client management and communication skills, with a track record of trusted relationships
• Experience collaborating with external partners, vendors, or system integrators
• Ability to operate in dynamic, fast-paced environments and make decisions under uncertainty
• Familiarity with AI / ML-driven solutions, business simulation, or data-driven decision support tools
• Experience delivering projects for clients in manufacturing, retail, or finance
