A leading clean technology firm is seeking a remote Delivery Engineer to assess project feasibility, configure EnOS projects, and maintain technical systems. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, at least 2 years of experience in IoT or energy management systems, and strong skills in network configurations. Proficiency in Italian and a good knowledge of English are essential. Travel within Italy is required for this role.

Competenze

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IoT and/or BMS and/or Energy Management System is required.
• Knowledge of BMS programming is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming for customization and automation tasks is considered a plus.

Job Description: Delivery Engineer, Europe (based remotely)

Responsibilities:

• Feasibility assessment of new project, that includes:
  • Check technical requirements of EnOS products with building asset
  • Draw technical solution
• Setup EnOS projects, including:
  • Configuration of EDGE device
  • Onboard datapoints from sensors and BMS
  • Check data correctness
  • Configuration of device mapping and alarm
  • Configuration of front-end view
  • Final check and project validation
• Project maintenance
  • Periodical check of collected data
  • Deep technical investigation in case of alarm and abnormal values
  • Proposing updates of the system to the supervisor
• Up to 20% travel required in Italy

Qualifications & Experience:

• Technical background. A Degree in Engineering is preferred
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IoT and/or BMS and/or Energy Management System is required.
• Understanding of network configurations and system integration
• Basic knowledge of command-line tools (e.g., SSH) for system setup and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of the most common field protocols (Modbus, BACnet, …)
• Knowledge of BMS programming is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming for customization and automation tasks (e.g., Python, Lua, JavaScript or similar) Is considered a plus
• Efficient in Office suite
