Raven in Milan, Italy, is seeking developers and traders to build systems for on-chain markets. You will work on strategies and infrastructure interacting directly with decentralized protocols, where timing, execution, and market structure are critical.

You will own and develop trading systems with DeFi protocols, on-chain execution strategies, and research across multiple chains. You will build tools, optimize latency, and monitor live performance in a high-velocity environment.

Competenze

• Strong programming skills in Rust, Python, or Go.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and smart contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Interest in DeFi markets and trading systems.
• Nice to have experience with Web3 tooling, MEV, or protocol design.
