Customer Experience Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Professional to support international schools across the EMEA region.

This pivotal role involves ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our digital learning solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to educators, helping them embed and engage with classroom tools effectively.

  • Solid teaching experience, ideally in international education (particularly experience of the IB curriculum, would be highly advantageous)
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
