NauticALL in Genova is seeking an experienced deckhand to join a 45m private motor yacht for a dual season program with longevity among the crew.

Start Date: Mid-September 2026. Joining in Italy with warranty works, crossing end of October to Bahamas / Caribbean / Florida. Candidates must have 1 year+ of proven superyacht deckhand experience with solid references and the ability to take direction while collaborating with a Chief Officer and Chase Boat Driver.

Start Date: Mid-September 2026 (as soon as possible)

Location / Itinerary:

Joining in Italy (Warranty works) Crossing end of October to Bahamas / Caribbean / Florida

Vessel:

45m Private Motor Yacht (9 crew + chase boat crew / American owners who values longevity)

Required Visas / Passports:

• Valid B1/B2 Visa in hand (Essential)
• Valid Schengen Visa or Passport allowing entry into Italy

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1 year+ of proven superyacht deckhand experience with good, verifiable references
• Ability to take direction and work alongside a Chief Officer, Chase Boat Driver, and an experienced Deckhand
