Descrizione del lavoro

Refits account for 25% of all Seakeepers installed worldwide. As our Dealer Sales Representative, you'll bring the Seakeeper experience to boat owners across Northern Europe, Italy, Malta, Croatia, Montenegro, Cyprus, and Greece. By collaborating closely with our dealer partners, you'll increase the number of boats equipped with Seakeeper, build and maintain relationships with existing dealers, and seek new partnerships to grow our network. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and developing dealer relationships in key locations
  2. Increasing sales and visibility of Seakeeper products in your territory
  3. Driving sales through account management, education, and training
  4. Staying updated on industry trends
  5. Supporting a world-class customer experience
  6. Educating and negotiating with end users for vessel refits
  7. Building partnerships with refit yards, charter companies, and OEM dealers
  8. Holding regular dealer calls
  9. Tracking sales and follow-ups using NetSuite CRM
  10. Supporting the introduction of new products
  11. Sharing best practices within the dealer network
  12. Assisting with demo boat events
  13. Providing installation quotes to generate sales
  14. Creating marketing plans and attending promotional events
  15. Reviewing dealer marketing content

What You'll Need to Succeed

Additional Details

  • This is a remote position
  • Travel up to 60%, including support for shows and events in Europe
  • Territory includes multiple European countries and regions
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales & Service for EMEA, based remotely in Germany or Italy
