A leading marine technology company is seeking a Dealer Sales Representative to manage and grow dealer partnerships across Europe from a remote position. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a strong emphasis on customer service and interpersonal skills. This role involves substantial travel and offers a dynamic work environment focused on the marine industry.

Refits account for 25% of all Seakeepers installed around the world, and as our Dealer Sales Representative, you'll bring the Seakeeper experience to boat owners throughout Northern Europe, Italy, Malta, Croatia, Montenegro, Cyprus, and Greece. By working closely with our dealer partners, you'll increase the number of boats equipped with Seakeeper. Your role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing dealers and seeking out new ones to expand our network and serve our customers effectively.

You will support our dealers by:

  • Managing existing dealer relationships and developing new ones in key locations
  • Increasing sales and visibility of Seakeeper in your territory
  • Driving sales through account management, including education, training, and aftermarket support
  • Staying updated with industry trends and developments
  • Supporting a world-class customer experience via your dealer network
  • Educating and negotiating with end users for vessel refits
  • Establishing relationships with refit yards, charter companies, OEM dealers, and exploring new partnerships
  • Holding monthly dealer calls
  • Tracking and closing sales leads in NetSuite
  • Supporting product launches and sharing best practices
  • Assisting with dealer demo events and marketing efforts
  • Providing installation quotes to generate additional sales
  • Creating marketing plans and attending promotional events
  • Monitoring dealer network marketing and online content

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • This is a remote position
  • Travel up to 60%, including to Lavagna, Italy, and supporting events across Europe
  • Territory includes multiple European countries and regions
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales & Service for EMEA, based remotely in Germany or Italy
