A leading company in the marine industry seeks a Dealer Sales Representative to enhance product visibility and manage dealer relationships across Northern Europe and the Mediterranean. You will be responsible for driving sales, supporting dealers, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working remotely and traveling within your territory.

Descrizione del lavoro

Refits account for 25% of all Seakeepers installed around the world, and as our Dealer Sales Representative, you'll bring the Seakeeper magic to boat owners throughout Northern Europe, Italy, Malta, Croatia, Montenegro, Cyprus, and Greece. By working closely with our dealer partners, you'll increase the number of boats in the field equipped with Seakeeper. You'll build and maintain relationships with our existing dealer network and seek out new dealers to become future stars for our Seakeeper customers.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing existing dealer relationships and developing new ones in key locations.
  2. Increasing sales and visibility of Seakeeper in your territory.
  3. Driving sales through account management, including education, training, and support throughout the aftermarket process.
  4. Holding monthly dealer calls and preparing yearly dealer performance scorecards.
  5. Documenting, tracking, following up, and closing sales leads in NetSuite.
  6. Educating and negotiating with end users to refit vessels with our dealer partners.
  7. Supporting the introduction of new products and features.
  8. Sharing success methods and supporting local events and demos.
  9. Seeking new opportunities and collaborating on installation quotations.
  10. Creating marketing plans and attending events to promote Seakeeper.
  11. Maintaining a high-quality customer experience through your dealer network.

Requirements to succeed:

  1. At least 2 years of sales experience.
  2. Residency within the territory.
  3. Location preference: Italy, Spain, the UK, or Germany.
  4. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  5. A proactive, persistent attitude with a passion for working with people.
  6. Professional, responsive, organized, and adaptable.
  7. Strong verbal and written skills.
  8. Self-motivated with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  9. Results-driven with integrity and proven closing ability.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  11. Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in sales and service within the marine industry or knowledge of marine industry locations and outlets.

Additional details:

  • This is a remote position.
  • Travel up to 50%, including to our regional office in Lavagna, Italy, and supporting events across Europe.
  • Territory includes multiple European countries and regions.
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales & Service for EMEA, based remotely in Germany/Italy.
