About the role

Amazon, a global leader in e-commerce, is seeking a Deal Account Manager to support its Third-Party Marketplace team based in Milan, Italy. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development and a proven track record of meeting targets in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Partnering with high-potential fashion retailers in Germany to grow their online businesses.
  2. Managing promotions and deal events such as Spring Sale, Prime Day, End of Summer Sale, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday, coordinating with EU account managers and local category managers.
  3. Leading strategic projects to enhance sales and improve customer and seller experiences on Amazon Fashion.
  4. Tracking business development metrics, analyzing performance, and implementing improvements.
  5. Promoting Amazon's promotional tools and systems to sellers and stakeholders.
  6. Prioritizing tasks effectively in a KPI-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or relevant experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS.
  • Knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes for small and medium businesses.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets through consultative, solutions-focused approaches.

Preferred Skills:

  • E-commerce, Marketing, Sales experience.

Languages: English (required), German (preferred).

Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
