Tesco is seeking a confident Shift Leader to manage daily store operations on the Days shift at Scarborough Burniston Rd Express. You will lead a team, drive great customer service, and coordinate across all store areas to deliver a smooth customer experience.

You'll work within set availability windows, ensure 16+ hours per week, and help coach colleagues while supporting the Store Manager in their absence. A strong team player with excellent communication is essential.
