As a CO+I Site Operations Manager, you will deliver core infrastructure for services like Bing, Office 365, Xbox, and Azure. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent AND experience managing mission-critical services (IT, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, military, or physical IT infrastructure)
• Ability to travel between sites; valid driver’s license required.

Security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check, are mandatory.

Preferred qualifications include experience with critical environment infrastructures, managing budgets over $500k, relevant degrees, leadership experience, and certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, PMP, etc.

Responsibilities

People Management

• Empower and develop team members, model leadership principles, define objectives, and attract talent.

Data Center Operations

• Manage dependencies, contracts, SLAs, KPIs, budgets, and safety protocols. Support operational planning and supportability.

Service Delivery

• Ensure service compliance, manage client relationships, escalate issues, lead incident responses, and optimize resource allocation.

Data Center Work Environment

• Implement support strategies, foster collaboration, promote safety and quality, enable team agility, and delegate effectively.

Ownership

• Maintain accountability for service quality, resolve issues, and ensure long-term service value.

People Management

• Support employee growth, set performance expectations, and monitor progress.
