Amazon is seeking a passionate Data Scientist with a machine learning background to advance Speech and Language technology within AWS AI. The role involves building experiments, developing novel algorithms, and working with massive speech/text data to push the state-of-the-art in ASR, NLU, ML, and CV.

You will collaborate with internationally recognized experts to impact millions of customers and contribute to data-driven decision making.

Competenze

• 1+ years of data querying languages (SQL) or scripting (Python) experience.
• 2+ years as data/research scientist or quantitative analyst with big data.
• 1+ years creating or contributing to textbooks, papers, or educational content.
• Master's degree in STEM, or equivalent STEM exposure.

Mansioni

• Develop data experiments and novel algorithms for speech and language tech.
• Work with large-scale data sources and compute resources to advance NLP/ML.
• Contribute to state-of-the-art ASR/NLU and related ML research.
