We’re looking for a curious and collaborative Data Scientist to help us turn data into insights and solutions that make a difference, with a focus on Revenue Growth Management & Finance areas. You’ll work closely with both technical and business teams to co-create scalable models and data products across markets. We value passionate individuals who enjoy learning and building with purpose. You will be part of a supportive team managing initiatives across 29 markets, playing a key role in scaling existing solutions and developing new ones. Your contributions will be essential for delivering sustained value through data-driven insights and enhancing operational efficiency.

IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL :

• Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities.
• Develop and implement machine learning and statistical models to extract insights, predict trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for improving existing solutions and developing new ones.
• Create proof-of-concept solutions to support design and development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, AI engineers, product managers, technical leads, and business experts to ensure smooth data integration and robustness.

YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE :

1-3 years of experience in data science or analytics work.

Proficiency in Python & PySpark and familiarity with big data tools (Azure, Databricks, Power BI — knowledge of all is not required).

Experience with Azure environment, DevOps, Databricks; PowerBI and PowerApps are a plus.

A solid foundation in ML or statistical modeling, with expertise in at least one area and a willingness to grow in others.

Proven experience delivering analytical projects, including proof-of-concept solutions; industry experience in CPG / retail is a bonus.

Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
