Client Server Limited seeks a Data Scientist (Python SQL) in Milan with work-from-home flexibility. You will join the Pricing team to design and build predictive technology handling claims predictions, renewal likelihood, and portfolio value optimization.

You will leverage Python and SQL to develop models, explore data, and collaborate across teams in a flexible WFH setup with occasional in-office days.

Competenze

• Degree in STEM fields such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics.
• Experience as a Data Scientist with knowledge of data analysis libraries.
• Strong Python programming and SQL skills.
• Experience with ML algorithms and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Data Scientist (Python SQL) Milan / WFH to €65,000

As a Data Scientist, you will be joining the company's Pricing team where you will design and build the proprietary predictive technology in areas such as, prediction of future claims, renewal probability, price demand and portfolio value optimisation. You will seek to implement new technologies to solve complex problems that arise and will be encouraged to achieve team goals in an innovative way, suggesting new ideas to generate value for the company.

Location / WFH:

The company is a big advocate of flexible working and prides itself on DEI; you can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Milan office 1-2 days a week; you can also work at times that suit you.

About you:

• You are degree educated in a STEM subject such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics
• You have experience within Data Scientist and have a good understanding of key data analysis libraires
• You have strong Python programming experience
• You have strong SQL skills
• You have experience with Machine Learning algorithms and applying them in line with industry best practice
• You have strong problem solving and analytical skills
• You are fluent in English and ideally Spanish (although this is not essential)
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
