Join us to apply for the Data Scientist Engineer role at ACS Data Systems SPA.

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced data analysis and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate has solid experience in handling large data volumes, developing predictive models, and utilizing cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric.

Technical Skills Required

• Platforms & Tools

Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric: Data Factory, Synapse Spark, Lakehouse.

Experience with Azure environment, including data integration solutions like Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.

• Languages & Technologies

Proficiency in SQL for database management and complex queries.

Advanced knowledge of Python, Spark, and PySpark for big data processing and analysis.

• Mathematical & Statistical Foundations

Strong understanding of probability, inferential statistics, linear algebra, and differential calculus.

• Machine Learning & Deep Learning

Experience in developing and deploying supervised and unsupervised machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, PCA).

Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines on Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
• Develop, train, and tune ML models to support business decisions.
• Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business processes.
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance in production.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical analysis into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
