Bending Spoons is building a high-performance data-driven company with a focus on scalable data systems and AI-enabled insights. The role involves designing data pipelines, validating data across products, and developing internal analytics tools to empower product teams.

You will collaborate across teams to enable data-backed decision making, leverage AI to accelerate work, and contribute to a technologically advanced and growth-oriented environment in Milan and beyond.

Competenze

• Ability to design and improve data pipelines across tech stacks.
• Experience validating data and defining metrics for robust analytics systems.
• Experience developing internal data products and tooling such as reporting engines.
• Ability to support data-driven decision making across teams.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate work and uncover insights.

Mansioni

• Design and improve data pipelines. Contribute to the design and evolution of data systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency across stacks.
• Ensure data correctness and scalability; validate data with engineers and define metrics.
