Join Jet HR as a Data Scientist / AI Specialist

Jet HR, a fast-growing SaaS startup founded in 2023, is on a mission to eliminate bureaucracy for Italian SMEs through innovative automation solutions. We are seeking a talented Data Scientist / AI Specialist to join our team and help shape the future of HR technology in Italy.

About the role:

• Develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent frameworks.
• Work with data engineering and analytics teams to build scalable data products and automate processes.
• Contribute to the design, tuning, and deployment of models that impact thousands of clients.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in data science and machine learning, with at least 1+ year in AI.
• Proficiency in Python, especially with AI libraries like LangChain.
• Experience with neural networks, model deployment, and tuning.
• Knowledge of DBT, Vector Databases, and generative AI solutions in SaaS or HR contexts.
• Fluent in Italian and comfortable working in a startup environment.

Selection process:

1. Online test assignment (max 2 hours).
