Mission

We are seeking a Data & Insights Trainee to join our dynamic team in Milan. This role is critical in leveraging data to drive actionable insights, shaping innovative strategies, and optimizing campaign performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, analytical, curious, and skilled at uncovering trends that guide creative and strategic decision-making. Please note that for this traineeship you need to be enrolled at an Italian university.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide regular reports on market and media data, delivering insights for both clients and the agency.
  • Monitor social media using relevant social listening tools
  • Conduct secondary research to provide broader context and deeper insights for clients and the agency.
  • Present findings to internal teams and clients.
  • Support the development of dashboards and databases to monitor and analyze client KPIs.
  • Provide technological support for clients.
Requirements
  • Academic Background: Market Research, Consumer Behavior, Social Media Analytics, Psychology, Quantitative Studies, or Similar studies.
  • Strong inclination to interpret data, visualize insights, and prepare reports.
  • Basic understanding of and interest in social listening tools like Sprinklr and Google Studio
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and methodologies.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to master new insight tools and technologies.
  • Strong collaborative approach.
  • Genuine interest in research, data, human behavior and social media
  • High attention to detail in data analysis and report preparation.
  • C2 level in Italian and fluent in English is a must
  • Knowledge of SQL, or Python is a plus.
  • Social listening tools are a plus, especially Sprinklr
