We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our international team across Europe. Your role will involve balancing creative vision with operational efficiency, ensuring that all social media initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and to a high creative standard. You will also analyze results and optimize future campaigns based on insights to continuously improve our social media strategies.

Job functions :

Data Analysis & Insights :

  • Translate large volumes of data into concise, impactful insights.
  • Analyze metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identifying trends and areas for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain benchmarks to measure success against industry standards and competitors.
  • Track key social media metrics for Spain and provide concise, actionable insights in the monthly reports.
  • Performance Optimization : Offer recommendations based on data, helping the team make data-driven decisions to optimize content and engagement strategies.
  • Use social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Synthesio, NetBase, Socialbakers) to monitor consumer conversations, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Conduct research to support account management and strategic planning teams with trend reports and market analysis.
  • Stay informed about the latest innovations and industry developments to guide strategy.

Reporting :

  • Prepare quarterly performance reports focused on brand performance, category trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create actionable recommendations that inform content creation, campaign messaging, and budget optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Manager and Social Media Manager to ensure reports align with overall campaign goals and deliver strategic value to the client.

Requirements Required Skills :

  • 2 years of experience overall
  • Ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights and impactful reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly collaborative with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and innovative mindset.
  • Languages : Italian native, English full working proficiency (written and verbal)

Experience :

  • Proven experience in using social listening tools and analyzing data for marketing strategies (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Expertise in query setup, keyword selection, and crafting data-driven reports tailored to specific brand strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and influencer marketing metrics.
  • Have work permit in Italy and live in Milan
