Within the Group CFO function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Group Integrated Data Quality & Reporting Risk team.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Supporting the AG Data Owners and Data System Owners in implementing each component of the IDQS, including the RACI Matrix, Process Data Flow mapping and analysis, Data Quality assessment, testing of process and control activities, Data Discovery, DQ issue register and remediation management
  • Supporting the Native Data Quality Programs and other GCFO-sponsored Integrated DQ System programs on special matters (e.g., dashboarding) and promoting innovative tools of analysis such as AI, process mining, and analytics
  • Supporting the design and setup of the Group Value Chain - Group Standard Process Tree
  • Contributing to the development of data management and data quality practices, procedures, and role guides
  • Performing activities through the use of Group Application systems, supporting related development by defining business requirements and performing user acceptance tests
  • Contributing to periodic reporting to the Group CFO and official reporting to Top Management and Corporate Bodies
  • Supporting relationships with other functions involved within the Internal Control System and Data Management (e.g., Group Audit, Group Compliance, Group Risk Management, Data Governance, etc.)

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering
  • 5-7 years of experience in Internal Control activities, finance/accounting, Data Quality, and external audit
  • Knowledge of audit/DQ techniques and tools
  • Broad theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of Data Quality Assurance processes/techniques will be considered a plus
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Excellent organizational skills

Nice to have:

  • Previous audit/DQ experience in BIG4 or similar firms
